Planning is critically important when it comes to running your small business. "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." We've all heard that famous quote, and it's true!

If you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out and like you're absolutely winging it then I hate to say it, but you're probably the root cause of that. You need to have an idea of what you'll be doing, launching or promoting in 6 months time. You don't need to have all the answers, but having an idea will help alleviate some of those feelings.
